Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in an International BPO.
• Must have worked as a **Team Leader**, with the designation officially mentioned on paper.
• Experience in Voice or Blended LOB.
• Must be comfortable working in 24×7 rotational shifts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Immediate joiners preferred, able to join within one week.
