  • *About the Role :**

We are looking for a proactive and customer\-focused Customer Success Executive to join our growing team. This is a client\-facing role responsible for ensuring customers achieve maximum value from our platform while building long\-term relationships. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, relationship management, and problem\-solving skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively between clients, internal teams, and leadership.

  • *Key Responsibilities :**
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers after onboarding.
  • Build, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long\-term success.
  • Conduct regular client meetings (both virtual and in\-person) to understand business needs, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Travel to client locations whenever required to strengthen relationships, conduct business reviews, provide training, or resolve critical issues.
  • Gather customer requirements and coordinate with Product, Technology, and the Customer Success Head to ensure timely execution.
  • Monitor customer adoption and drive increased platform usage across all stakeholders.
  • Identify upsell and cross\-sell opportunities by understanding customer business goals.
  • Drive contract renewals by ensuring customers realize continuous value from the platform.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer issues are resolved within agreed SLAs.
  • Prepare and share Minutes of Meeting (MoM) after customer discussions and ensure action items are tracked to closure.
  • Proactively identify customer risks and escalate them appropriately to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, meeting notes, and follow\-up actions in the CRM.
  • *Required Skills :**
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong relationship\-building and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Outstanding convincing, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into actionable plans.
  • Strong coordination skills to work effectively with clients, the technology team, and leadership.
  • Good analytical and problem\-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously.
  • Self\-driven, organized, and customer\-centric mindset.
  • *Eligibility :**
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Client Relationship Management, or similar customer\-facing roles.
  • Experience in SaaS, CRM, PropTech, or B2B software companies will be an added advantage.
  • Comfortable traveling to client locations as and when required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools is preferred.

Pay: ₹350,000\.00 \- ₹400,000\.00 per year
