  • *About the Role**

As a **Customer Success Executive**, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless experience for our customers by addressing their queries, resolving concerns, and building strong relationships. You will work closely with internal teams to provide timely solutions and contribute to overall customer satisfaction.

  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Handle customer queries and resolve concerns through calls, emails, and chat.
  • Deliver a positive and seamless customer experience at every touchpoint.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow\-ups.
  • Monitor customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve service quality.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Ensure timely resolution of escalations while maintaining high service standards.
  • Support day\-to\-day customer success operations and contribute to customer retention initiatives.

What We're Looking For

  • 0–2 years of experience in Customer Success, Customer Support, Guest Relations, Hospitality, or other customer\-facing roles.
  • Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • A customer\-first attitude with excellent problem\-solving abilities.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast\-paced environment.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace.

Pay: ₹22,000\.00 \- ₹27,000\.00 per month
