We are looking for a Customer Success Manager (CSM) who will act as the primary point of contact for customers after order confirmation. The role involves ensuring seamless project execution, coordinating with internal teams, maintaining customer satisfaction, resolving concerns proactively, and ensuring timely project completion.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the single point of contact (SPOC) for customers throughout the project lifecycle.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, architects, interior designers, and project stakeholders.
Coordinate with Sales, Design, Production, Procurement, and Installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Schedule site visits, measurements, production updates, deliveries, and installations.
Monitor project timelines and ensure commitments made to customers are fulfilled.
Provide regular project status updates to customers.
Handle customer queries, concerns, complaints, and escalations professionally.
