Overview
We are looking for a proactive, customer\-focused, and grounded individual to join our Customer Success team. The ideal candidate is passionate about building strong customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving successful product adoption. This role involves frequent customer interactions and travel to client locations, making excellent communication and interpersonal skills essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide timely solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations, onboarding sessions, and training programs.
- Visit customer locations regularly to support implementation, adoption, and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Gather customer feedback and communicate insights to internal teams.
- Track customer health, identify potential risks, and proactively address concerns.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and contribute to customer retention and growth.
Qualifications
- MBA or an equivalent postgraduate degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience are welcome to apply.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good analytical and problem\-solving abilities.
- Comfortable with frequent travel to customer locations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
