We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to support and guide customers throughout their journey, from onboarding to event execution. The ideal candidate will be customer\-focused, tech\-savvy, and skilled at managing multiple client relationships. **Key Responsibilities:*** Onboard, train, and support customers on the platform.
Provide customer support via chat, phone, and virtual meetings.
Troubleshoot issues and ensure successful event execution.
Build strong customer relationships and drive customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to improve the customer experience.
Document customer feedback and suggest product improvements.
