Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and chat.
Provide product and service information in **Kannada**, Hindi, and/or English.
Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
Follow up with customers to ensure complete resolution of their concerns.
Meet customer satisfaction and response time targets.
