Customer Support and Logistics Executive

• *The Role**

We’re looking for an organised and detail\-oriented Customer Support and Logistics Executive to manage end\-to\-end order operations, inventory coordination, customer support, logistics, and receivables.

The role involves working closely with Sales, Clinics, Customers, Warehouse, Supply Chain, Shipping Partners, and Finance teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and timely collections.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Manage B2B, B2C, Shopify, and e\-commerce orders from order placement to delivery
• Track orders, inventory, shipments, deliveries, and pending orders
• Listen actively to customers, understand their concerns and feelings, and respond with patience, compassion, and a willingness to help resolve their issues
• Coordinate with Sales, Clinics, Customers, internal teams, and shipping partners
• Follow up with packaging and logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery
• Assign deliveries to internal and external delivery teams
• Resolve order and delivery\-related issues and ensure timely closure
• Create invoices and manage ERP\-related activities
• Track customer payments and follow up on outstanding receivables
• Coordinate for payment collection and reconciliation
• Maintain accurate operational, inventory, sales, and financial records
• Prepare MIS reports related to orders, inventory, shipments, and receivables

• *Required Qualifications**

• **Education**: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field
• Knowledge of Receivables and Supply Chain processes
• Strong Advanced Excel skills
• Good working knowledge of Google Workspace
• Strong communication, coordination, and follow\-up skills
• Kannada, English, and Hindi proficiency
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks

• *Preferred Profile**

• Experience in Customer Support, Supply Chain, Order Management, E\-commerce Operations, Logistics, or Receivables
• Experience with ERP systems is an advantage
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities in a fast\-paced startup environment
