About the Role

We are looking for a **dynamic, customer\-focused Tele caller** to join our team in **Mohali**. The role will primarily involve handling **inbound leads generated through the brand website**, understanding customer requirements, providing relevant product information, and converting enquiries into meaningful customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle **inbound calls and website\-generated leads** professionally and promptly.
• Understand customer requirements, preferences, and purchase intent.
• Provide accurate information regarding **products, features, applications, pricing, and availability**.
• Build rapport with prospective customers and deliver an excellent **customer experience**.
• Address customer queries and resolve concerns effectively.
• Conduct timely **follow\-ups** with potential customers.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, interactions, and follow\-ups.
• Update customer information in relevant systems/CRM.
• Achieve defined **calling, follow\-up, and customer service objectives**.

• Excellent **verbal and written communication skills**.
• Strong interpersonal and customer\-handling abilities.
• Good listening, persuasion, and problem\-solving skills.
• Customer\-centric attitude with a professional approach.
• Ability to manage multiple leads and follow\-ups efficiently.
