Customer Support Associate

• *Key Responsibilities at St. Mary's Inter College, Civil Lines, Etawah, Uttar Pradesh**

Provide first\-level support for the Entab School ERP application.

Assist teachers and administrative staff with login, attendance, fee, examination, student records, and other ERP\-related queries.

Coordinate with the Entab technical team for unresolved issues and follow up until closure.

Support school administration with ERP\-related administrative tasks and user management.

Maintain records of reported issues and resolutions.

Provide basic user guidance and training whenever required.

Ensure timely resolution of issues while maintaining good coordination with school staff.

Pay: ₹14,000\.00 \- ₹19,000\.00 per month
