Job Description

Responsibilities

• Resolving customer queries, complaints or requests on daily basis on calls, chats and emails.
• Able to build Productive relationships and communicate daily with customers in a Professional manner
• Actively attend inbound calls from customers of the Company.
• Actively engage in cold calling to reach out to Potential clients
• Gather customer feedback and share it with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams.

Skills Required

• Minimum of 1 year experience as a Customer Support
• Associate or similar Customer Support role Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to demonstrate Patience when handling complex

queries and challenges

• Proficiency in MS Excel\\Google Sheets Job Description
