We are looking for friendly and enthusiastic Customer Support Associates who are fluent in Hindi and English to assist customers with product information and order support.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries through phone calls and company\-approved communication channels.
• Explain Ayurvedic products, their benefits, and usage to customers.
• Help customers choose suitable products based on their needs.
• Record customer details and maintain order information.
• Follow up with customers regarding product inquiries and orders.
• Resolve customer queries politely and professionally.
• Coordinate with the sales and dispatch teams for smooth order processing.

Requirements

• Fluent in **Hindi and English** (speaking is mandatory).
• Good communication and customer handling skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Personal laptop or desktop with a stable internet connection.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment.

Preferred Candidates

Candidates residing in **Andhra Pradesh or Telangana** are preferred.
