Job Description

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
• Assist customers with their queries and concerns.
• Provide accurate information and timely support.
• Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution.
• Maintain records of customer interactions.

• Fluency in Hindi and basic English.
• Confidence in handling customer calls.
