  • 6 months to 1 years of experience in customer support / customer service
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling, etc.)
  • Willingness to work in **Night Shift (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM)**
  • Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice period preferred
