Job Summary
We are seeking a customer\-focused Customer Support Associate to manage post\-sales support activities, ensure customer satisfaction, and coordinate service\-related requirements. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, problem\-solving abilities, and experience handling customer queries, complaints, and service coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding post\-sales support and service requests.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate with internal teams and service providers to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues.
- Track service requests, warranty claims, replacements, and repairs until closure.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service activities.
- Conduct follow\-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction and service quality.
- Monitor and improve customer service standards and response times.
- Prepare reports on customer complaints, service requests, and resolution status.
- Support customer retention initiatives by building strong customer relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 2–4 years of experience in After Sales Support, Customer Service, Service Coordination, or Customer Relationship Management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
- Strong organizational and follow\-up skills.
- Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment and manage multiple customer requests.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in retail, consumer electronics, home appliances, furniture, or related industries.
- Knowledge of warranty management and service coordination processes.
- Customer\-centric approach with strong problem\-solving abilities.
