Customer Support Associate

We are hiring a Customer Support Associate with strong communication skills and a proactive mindset. The ideal candidate should also have the potential to lead a team of 3–5 members, ensuring high\-quality customer service delivery. This role focuses on handling customer queries, guiding team members, and maintaining service excellence.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner.
• Deliver accurate information about products, services, and policies.
• Handle order\-related queries such as placements, cancellations, and updates.
• Track and ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
• Maintain organized records of customer interactions and feedback.
• Support and guide junior team members in resolving customer concerns.
• Report and escalate complex issues to relevant departments when necessary.
• Ensure team coordination and contribute to a positive work environment.

• *Leadership Responsibilities:**

• Lead and mentor a small team (3–5 members) to meet customer support standards.
• Monitor daily tasks, performance, and service quality.
• Provide training and feedback to improve team efficiency and communication.

• *Skills \& Qualifications:**

• Any bachelor's degree (preferred).
• Prior experience in customer support, BPO, or a similar role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of CRM and customer service tools.
• Ability to stay calm and solution\-focused under pressure.
