Dandpo is looking for a Customer Service and Sales Executive \- Evening shift for managing customer inquiries, assisting clients with product selection, and converting inquiries into confirmed orders. The role requires a proactive individual who can act as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless ordering experience and maintaining strong client relationships.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• *Customer Service**

• · Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, website chat, and social media.
• · Provide detailed information regarding products, pricing, customization options, and delivery timelines.
• · Assist customers in selecting suitable printing products and services based on their requirements.
• · Address and resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner.
• · Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM or internal systems.

• *Sales \& Lead Conversion**

• · Convert incoming inquiries into confirmed sales orders.
• · Proactively follow up with leads, quotations, and pending orders.
• · Upsell and cross\-sell additional products or services where appropriate.
• · Prepare and share quotations, invoices, and order confirmations with customers.
• · Achieve monthly sales targets of 100k and contribute to overall revenue growth.

• *Order Coordination**

• · Coordinate with design, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely processing and delivery of orders.
• · Monitor order progress and keep customers updated regarding production and delivery status.
• · Ensure all order details are accurately captured before production begins.

• *Relationship Management**

• · Build long\-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• · Maintain a database of regular clients and follow up for future requirements.
• · Collect customer feedback to help improve products and services.

Pay: From ₹35,000\.00 per month
