• *Role Description**

We are looking for a **Customer Support Executive** to handle customer queries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.

• *Experience:** 1 \- 2 Years

• *Responsibilities**

• Handle customer queries via **calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media**.
• Resolve complaints and provide timely solutions.
• Track and coordinate **orders, deliveries, returns, and refunds**.
• Maintain customer records and follow up on pending issues.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.

• *Qualifications**

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Freshers or candidates with **0–1 year of experience** can apply.
• Excellent **communication and interpersonal skills**.
• Basic knowledge of **MS Excel and email**.
• Good problem\-solving skills and a customer\-first approach.

• *Preferred:** Candidates with experience in **customer support, e\-commerce, or order management**.

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
