Salary ₹4\.5 LPA CTC (Approx. ₹31,000 In\-Hand per Month)

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through Voice Calls
Resolve customer concerns related to orders, returns, refunds, deliveries, and product information.
Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining quality standards.
Update customer information accurately in CRM systems.
Coordinate with internal teams for quick issue resolution.
Meet service quality standards and achieve performance KPIs.
Ensure a positive and seamless customer experience.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate or Undergraduate candidates can apply.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service or the E\-commerce industry.
Strong English communication skills (B2\+ Level ) are mandatory.
Willing to self\-commute to the office.
Good computer knowledge and customer handling skills.
Day Shift for both Male \& Female candidates.
5 Days Working.
