Job Description
- *About the Role**
We are looking for a **Customer Support Executive** who is passionate about helping customers and delivering exceptional support experiences. In this role, you will assist customers using Com.Bot's AI\-powered WhatsApp Automation, CRM, and SaaS solutions by resolving queries, providing product guidance, and ensuring they receive the best possible experience.
As a part of our Customer Support team, you will work closely with customers as well as internal product and technical teams to resolve issues efficiently and build long\-term customer satisfaction.
- *Responsibilities**
- Interact with customers via chat, email, WhatsApp, and phone to resolve product\-related queries.
- Develop a thorough understanding of Com.Bot's AI, CRM, and automation solutions to provide accurate support.
- Guide customers through product features, setup, and best practices.
- Create and maintain support documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.
- Coordinate with the product and technical teams to resolve complex customer issues.
- Ensure timely follow\-ups and maintain excellent customer communication.
- Maintain accurate customer interactions and support tickets in the CRM.
- Work towards achieving high customer satisfaction and retention.
- *Qualifications**
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Good communication skills in Hindi are preferred.
- Quick learner with the ability to understand technical products.
- Comfortable handling customer calls, emails, and live chat.
- Strong problem\-solving skills with a customer\-first mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast\-paced environment.
- Experience with CRM software or SaaS products is an advantage.
