Job Overview

Designation: Customer Support Executive

Process: International / Domestic Voice Process

Shift Timings: Flexible, 1 to 2 hours per day

Working Days: Monday to Friday. Weekends Off

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer queries via phone call

Provide accurate information regarding products and processes to users

Maintain a professional and helpful tone to ensure excellent customer satisfaction

Requirements and Setup

Must own a functioning Smartphone, Laptop, or PC

Stable internet connectivity

Good communication and active listening skills

No prior experience required. Freshers are welcome

Compensation and Benefits

Fixed Salary: 10,000 INR per month plus Performance\-Based Incentives

Onboarding: Official Virtual ID Card and a formal Joining Letter provided upon selection

Training and Mentorship

Comprehensive 6\-Day Training: 100 percent guaranteed selection into our product and process training program

Dedicated Support: Newly joined candidates will be added to the official Ace Online WhatsApp support group, where personal mentors will guide you step by step
