Customer Support Executive (CSE)

• Handle inbound and outbound calls and generate appointments.
• Explain **hair, skin, laser, PRP, and other aesthetic treatments** to customers.
• Follow up with leads, consultations, missed appointments, and prospective customers.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments with doctors.
• Maintain customer details and follow\-up records in CRM/ERP.
• Convert leads into clinic visits and treatment bookings.
• Follow up with customers regarding packages, payments, and treatments.
• Coordinate with the Front Office and doctors for smooth customer handling.
• Achieve assigned calling, appointment, and conversion targets.
• Aesthetic or clinic experience will be preferred.
• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Good customer\-handling and follow\-up skills.
• Basic computer/CRM knowledge.
• Target\-oriented and positive attitude.

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
