Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries, complaints, and requests professionally.
• Communicate with international customers and provide appropriate solutions.
• Maintain customer records and follow up on unresolved issues.
• Coordinate with internal teams when required.
• Follow company processes and customer service standards.

Requirements

• Excellent **English communication skills** – verbal and written.

• Basic computer knowledge.
• Comfortable working in the **9:00 PM – 6:00 AM night shift**.
