We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle customer queries, provide accurate information, and ensure customer satisfaction through timely resolution.
Handle inbound \& outbound calls, emails, and chats.
Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.
Maintain records of customer interactions.
Coordinate with internal teams for escalations.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Graduate with good communication skills.
Proficiency in English (regional language is a plus).
Basic computer knowledge.
Customer\-focused with problem\-solving ability.
