Job Description

We are looking for multi\-lingual candidates who can speak proficiently in English, Hindi, Malayalam, Tamil, etc.

A successful Customer Support \& Marketing Executive

  • Responds to customer enquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Ensures all leads are followed up consistently.
  • Maintains accurate CRM records and documentation.
  • Supports marketing initiatives effectively.
  • Creates a positive first impression of the DPFXPERT brand.
  • Coordinates efficiently with Sales and Operations teams.
  • Demonstrates ownership, discipline, and accountability in daily work.
  • *Skills \& Competencies**
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer\-focused attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing and lead management.
  • Good organizational and follow\-up skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and online communication platforms.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast\-paced environment.
  • *Qualifications**
  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer support, customer service, telecalling, inside sales, digital marketing support, or similar roles.
  • Freshers with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude may also apply.

Job Types: Full\-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹13,000\.00 \- ₹20,000\.00 per month
