- *Job Summary**
GENI HOMES is looking for a dynamic and customer\-focused Tele Caller to handle inbound and outbound calls, generate leads, schedule site visits, and support the sales team in converting prospects into customers.
- *Key Responsibilities**
\* Contact new and existing customers via phone.
\* Explain GENI HOMES projects, including villas, plots, and construction services.
\* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable property solutions.
\* Schedule and confirm site visit appointments.
\* Follow up with leads to maximize conversions.
\* Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
\* Update customer details and lead status in the CRM system.
\* Coordinate with the Sales and Site Teams.
\* Share project details, brochures, pricing, and offers through WhatsApp, SMS, or email.
\* Achieve daily calling and follow\-up targets while maintaining excellent customer service.
- *Requirements**
\* Insurance industry experience preferred.
\* Excellent communication and customer handling skills.
\* Experience in customer follow\-up and lead conversion.
\* Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
\* Target\-oriented with a positive attitude.
\* Immediate joiners preferred.

Experience: 1–3 years (Preferred)
Education: Any Degree
