• *Handle customer queries via call, email and chat.**

• Provide accurate information, troubleshoot issues and ensure first\-contact resolution.
• Maintain professional communication and deliver exceptional customer experience.
• Escalate unresolved issues to relevant department.
• Log all customer interaction accurately.
