Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries via chat, email, and support tickets.
- Assist users with account\-related issues, KYC verification, deposits, withdrawals, and trading support.
- Provide accurate information regarding cryptocurrency transactions and platform services.
- Escalate technical or security\-related issues to the relevant teams.
- Monitor and report recurring customer issues and feedback.
- Educate customers about platform features, security practices, and trading processes.

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirement- *Required Skills \& Qualifications**
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support, preferably in a cryptocurrency exchange or fintech company.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience using CRM or ticketing tools such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Intercom.
- Ability to handle customer concerns professionally and calmly.
- Basic analytical and problem\-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts
