We are looking for a proactive, customer\-focused, and relationship\-oriented **Customer Support Executive** to manage and onboard dieticians onto our platform. The ideal candidate should be confident in communicating with healthcare and wellness professionals, explaining the benefits of our program, addressing their queries, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.

  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Connect with dieticians and healthcare professionals to introduce and explain the company's programs and services.
  • Guide dieticians through the complete registration and onboarding process.
  • Address queries and provide timely support to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Build and maintain long\-term relationships with dieticians to enhance engagement and retention.
  • Conduct regular follow\-ups to ensure active participation and satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities to promote relevant products or services and contribute to sales growth.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions, onboarding status, and customer information in the CRM.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
  • Deliver a high standard of customer service .
  • *Required Qualifications**
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
  • Prior experience in customer service, client relationship management,.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship\-building abilities.
  • Customer\-centric approach with strong problem\-solving skills.
