• *Key Responsibilities**

• Welcome walk\-ins, conduct gym tours, and convert enquiries into memberships
• Follow up with all leads the same day no prospect left behind
• Initiate renewal calls 15 days before membership expiry
• Upsell PT programs, 4\-Week Transformation packages, and supplements
• Handle member queries and complaints; escalate to Branch Head when needed
• Submit daily reports enquiry log, feedback, and EOD summary
• Maintain walk\-in sheets, sale sheets, and CRM entries accurately
