• *Job Summary**

Digitide Solutions is hiring Customer Support Executives for the Axis Bank voice process. Candidates will handle inbound customer calls, resolve banking\-related queries, provide accurate information, and ensure a positive customer experience.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Handle inbound customer calls professionally.
• Understand customer needs and resolve queries efficiently.
• Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions.
• Handle customer complaints and escalate unresolved issues.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and requests.
• Process customer applications, forms, and service requests.
• Follow company policies, communication guidelines, and procedures.
• Maintain customer satisfaction through effective communication.

Eligibility Criteria

• **Qualification:** Graduation is mandatory.
• Candidates must have provisional documents or relevant graduation proof.
• Pursuing higher education and B.Pharmacy students are not eligible.
• **Languages:** Excellent verbal communication in English and Hindi.
• Regional language proficiency is preferred.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply, subject to process requirements.

Salary Details

• **Salary Option 1:** ₹16,200 CTC / ₹15,700 take\-home per month.
• **Salary Option 2:** ₹23,000 CTC / up to ₹17,500 take\-home per month.

• Salary will depend on the applicable hiring category and eligibility.*

Working Details

• **Working Days:** 6 days a week.
• **Weekly Off:** 1 rotational week off.
• **Transportation:** Two\-way cab facility or transport allowance of ₹2,000, as applicable.

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹18,000\.00 per month
