We are looking for an experienced and customer\-focused **Customer Support Representative** to join our team in Surat.

Job Details

• **Designation:** Customer Support Representative (CSR)
• **Experience:** Minimum 2 Years
• **Salary:** ₹25,000 CTC per month
• **Location:** Majura Gate, Surat, Gujarat
• **Work Mode:** Work From Office (WFO) – No Remote Option
• **Working Hours:** 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Required Experience

Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in any of the following:

• SaaS Product Customer Support
• IT / Software Product Support
• Social Media Management Tool Support

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through email, live chat, and support tickets.
• Assist customers with product onboarding and account setup.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to social media account connections, scheduling, and publishing.
• Guide customers in using product features and functionalities.
• Handle customer complaints, billing queries, and refund requests.
• Coordinate with technical teams to resolve complex issues.
• Maintain proper CRM records and ensure timely follow\-ups.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain customer satisfaction.

Skills Required

• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Strong problem\-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Good understanding of social media platforms.
• Ability to handle difficult customers professionally.
• Experience with SaaS products and customer support tools.
• Strong ownership and follow\-up skills.
