We are seeking a dedicated and customer\-focused Customer Support Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer interactions across multiple channels, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience from order placement to delivery and post\-sales support.
\* Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
\* Assist customers with product information, sizing, specifications, and recommendations.
\* Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to provide order status updates and resolve delivery\-related concerns.
\* Manage customer requests related to returns, exchanges, refunds, and warranty claims.
\* Follow up with customers to ensure timely resolution of queries and concerns.
\* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests.
\* Handle approximately 50–70 customer calls and messages per day while maintaining high service standards.
\* Collaborate with internal departments to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
\* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
\* Basic computer proficiency, including email management and MS Office applications.
\* Strong customer service, problem\-solving, and interpersonal skills.
\* Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of customer interactions efficiently.
\* Previous experience in customer support, e\-commerce, or retail operations will be an advantage.
\* Positive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
