Position: Customer Support Executive
Total Vacancies: 20
Salary: Up to ₹35,000 per month
Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:30 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Eligibility Criteria
\- Graduation is mandatory.
\- Previous sales experience is compulsory.
\- Age Limit: Up to 33 years only.
\- Good communication and convincing skills are preferred.
Job Responsibilities
\- Interact with customers and understand their requirements, preferences and concerns.
\- Promote and sell astrology\-related gemstones, precious stones and spiritual products.
\- Suggest suitable gemstones and stones based on customers' needs and preferences.
\- Explain the features, benefits and astrological significance of different gemstones.
\- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate product recommendations.
\- Follow up with interested customers and convert enquiries into sales.
\- Maintain good customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
\- Achieve assigned sales targets while providing a positive customer experience.
