- *Job Description:**
We are hiring **Customer Support Executives** for the **Design Cafe process (under Homelane)**. This role involves voice\-based customer interaction and coordination in the home interior solutions segment. The role is based on strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and a regional language. This is a great opportunity for candidates looking to build a long\-term career in customer service and home design support.
You will be expected to handle client queries with professionalism, manage post\-sales support, and ensure customer satisfaction. You must be flexible to work **6 days a week** with **1 rotational weekly off**. Please note that **no cab facility** is provided.
Candidates with **a minimum of 6 months experience** are preferred, but freshers with strong communication skills and interest in the home/interior space are also welcome.
This is a **walk\-in recruitment process** scheduled for **Monday**, and shortlisted candidates **must meet Mr. Chandra only**. Any candidate approaching another team or misdirected will not be entertained.
- *Salary Structure:**
- **Experienced:** ₹25,000 CTC / ₹21,000 take\-home \+ incentives
- **Fresher:** ₹22,000 CTC / ₹18,000 take\-home \+ incentives
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Handle inbound/outbound calls and support customer inquiries
- Coordinate with design teams and customers regarding their orders
- Manage follow\-ups and ensure timely resolution of client issues
- Maintain CRM entries and ticketing systems as per process
- Deliver high customer satisfaction and professionalism during interactions
- *Skills Required:**
- Excellent verbal communication in **English**
- Fluency in **Hindi** and one **regional language**
- Customer\-centric attitude and problem\-solving skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM usage)
- Ability to handle client queries with patience and professionalism
- *Qualification:**
- Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
- Experience: 0–2 years (6\+ months experience preferred with relieving papers)
