Customer Support Executive

• *Customer Support – Lead Conversion (WhatsApp \& Social Media)**
• *Company:** Prestige International Polyclinic – Premium aesthetic clinic in Dubai (17 years experience, specialized doctors)
• *Location:** Mundhwa, Pune – In‑office, 6 days a week( 5 Days in office , 1 day WFH

• *About the Role**

Convert digital‑marketing leads received via WhatsApp and social‑media inboxes into qualified appointments/patients, while coordinating closely with the Dubai sales, medical, and data‑management teams.

• *Key Responsibilities**

● Respond to inbound leads on WhatsApp and social‑media platforms, qualify them, and schedule appointments with our Dubai doctors and medical practitioners.

● Act as the primary contact for WhatsApp and social‑media inquiries, providing prompt, professional replies.

● Coordinate with the Dubai sales team to validate leads, set appointments, and ensure smooth hand‑off.

● Liaise with the Dubai medical team to confirm treatment plans and share patient details securely.

● Maintain accurate lead information in the CRM (status updates, follow‑up notes, conversion tracking).

● Work with the Dubai data‑management team to ensure data integrity, compliance, and reporting.

● Conduct timely follow‑up calls/messages to move leads through the conversion funnel.

● Monitor and report daily/weekly conversion metrics (lead‑to‑appointment rate, response times).

● Ensure high customer satisfaction and uphold the clinic’s premium brand standards.

● Participate in improvement of overall leads generation and sales pipeline.

• *Requirements**

● 2‑4 years of experience in customer support or lead conversion (B2C preferred).

● Hands‑on experience with WhatsApp Business and social‑media inbox tools (e.g., Facebook Business Suite, Instagram Direct, TikTok).

● Strong English communication skills.

● Ability to coordinate with remote teams across time zones.

● Good organizational and time‑management abilities; comfortable handling high lead volumes.

● Basic CRM proficiency.

● Must work on‑site in Mundhwa, Pune, on a 6‑day weekly schedule.
