We are looking for a smart, responsible, and customer\-focused Customer Support Executive for a fintech\-based mobile application. The candidate should have experience in customer handling, application support, and resolving customer queries in a professional manner. Good English communication is mandatory for this role.

· Handle customer queries through calls, emails, and support channels.
· Assist customers in using the fintech/mobile application and guide them through the application journey.
· Resolve customer issues related to login, OTP, KYC, profile review, loan application, and other app\-based processes.
· Good English communication is mandatory.
· Knowledge of fintech\-based applications is preferred.
· Strong customer handling and query resolution skills.
· Graduate in any stream preferred.
· **Minimum 1–2 years of experience in customer support, preferably in fintech, NBFC, digital lending, or app\-based process.**
