Customer Support Executive - Goa Based Candiates Only

We are seeking a **Customer Support Executive** to join our growing STAAH team. The role is non\-technical but requires a good understanding of using technology, excellent problem\-solving skills, and strong communication abilities. You will be responsible for onboarding new clients, managing customer interactions, and ensuring seamless coordination between internal teams.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Onboard new clients and ensure a smooth setup of STAAH services.
• Act as the **first point of contact** for all customer inquiries.
• Coordinate with the Partner Services and Sales team within India to resolve client needs.
• Upsell and cross\-sell STAAH products to existing customers.
• Communicate effectively with clients through phone calls, emails, and business updates.
• Follow up on client payments and maintain accurate records.
• Provide solutions and ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and build long\-term relationships.

• *Requirements**

• Graduate degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
• 6 months experience in **customer service, client servicing, or customer support** roles. Fresher can apply
• Good command over **English (verbal \& written)**.
• Ability to **use technology comfortably** (MS Office, email, CRM tools, etc.).
• Strong **problem\-solving and analytical skills**.
• Positive attitude with a strong **drive to learn and grow**.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under deadlines.

Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: ₹18,000\.00 \- ₹28,000\.00 per month
