- *Role Overview**
As a Customer Support Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your role is to understand their concerns, guide them patiently, and ensure a smooth support experience over calls and WhatsApp.

- *Key Responsibilities**
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
- Understand customer issues and provide accurate solutions
- Guide customers on product usage, app features, and basic troubleshooting
- Update customer details and call notes in the CRM system
- Escalate technical issues to the relevant team when required
- Coordinate with internal teams (Tech / Sales / Operations) for quick resolution
- Collect customer feedback and share insights with the team
- *What We’re** **Looking For**
- *Must\-Have Skills**
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English
- Confidence in handling customer calls
- Patience, empathy, and problem\-solving mindset
- Basic computer knowledge
- *Good to Have (Not Mandatory)**
- Experience in customer support / call center / tech support
- Familiarity with mobile apps, GPS devices, or IoT products
- Knowledge of CRM tools
- Training will be provided willingness to learn is more important than technical expertise.
- *Qualifications**
- Graduation in any discipline
- 1–2 years of customer support experience preferred
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome
