Job Description

We are hiring experienced Customer Support Executives for an International Voice Process at Pallavaram, Chennai.

Candidates with at least 1 year of experience in International Customer Support / Voice Process are encouraged to apply.

Job Details

• **Experience:** Minimum 1 year in International Customer Support – Voice Process
• **Qualification:** Any Graduate / Undergraduate
• **Salary:** Up to ₹4\.25 LPA
• **Salary Hike:** Up to 30% hike on last drawn CTC, subject to a maximum package of ₹4\.25 LPA
• **Working Days:** 5 days a week
• **Week Off:** Rotational week off
• **Shift:** Night shift
• **Cab Facility:** Both\-side cab provided
• **PF:** Applicable
• **Work Location:** Pallavaram, Chennai

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 1 year of experience in International Voice Customer Support.
• Good English communication skills.
• Strong customer\-handling and problem\-solving skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Willingness to work in rotational night shifts.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
