Customer Support Executive

• *Job Summary**

In this challenging position as Customer Support executive, you will be managing the customer support activities (mainly email, call and Chat support) for a fast growing USA Ecommerce Services Company.

• *Responsibilities and Duties**

• To provide email, call, chat support for international customers
• Take part in daily stand\-up meetings
• Utilize and build FAQs, Solution Guides and Knowledge Base
• Maintain up to date and accurate process documentation Compile requirements for IT for new developments
• Support requests from senior management
• Effective written and verbal communication
• Self\-driven and goal orientated \+ strong organizational talent.
