Customer Support Executive

We are looking for a proactive and customer\-focused Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle customer inquiries while building strong relationships with customers and sellers.

The role involves providing customer support, resolving service\-related issues, assisting users with our e\-commerce platform, and identifying potential sellers to expand our platform's seller network.

• *Responsibilities:**

• Respond to customer inquiries through multiple channels in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist customers with product information, orders, payments, shipping, returns, and exchanges.
• Handle customer complaints and provide effective solutions, escalating issues when necessary.
• Identify and generate leads for potential sellers and businesses interested in joining the e\-commerce platform.
• Contact prospective sellers, explain platform benefits, and follow up to encourage registration.
• Assist new sellers with registration, account setup, and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, seller leads, transactions, and feedback.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure smooth seller onboarding.
• Monitor customer and seller feedback, suggest improvements, and stay updated on company policies and platform functionalities.

• *Requirements :**

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 0–1 years of experience in customer support, preferably in eCommerce or retail.
• Excellent command of English and Hindi.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem\-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle high\-volume inquiries with patience and professionalism.
• Familiarity with eCommerce platforms, order management, and CRM tools is a plus.
• Team\-oriented, proactive, and detail\-focused.

Pay: ₹10,000\.00 \- ₹15,000\.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate

• Mavelikara, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
