Customer Support Executive

We are seeking a dedicated and detail\-oriented Customer Support Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and support. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure client satisfaction by effectively communicating with customers, addressing their inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

• *Duties**

• Identifying and assessing customers’ needs.
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries through calls/email/chat and provide accurate, valid, and complete information.
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints coordinating with different internal departments.
• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers always.
• Building sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.

• *Skills**

• Proficient in office software applications and data entry processes.
• Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate various software systems efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on client services.
• Ability to analyze information quickly and make informed decisions based on customer needs.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Experience in outbound calling is preferred but not required.
• A commitment to providing high\-quality customer support in a fast\-paced environment.
