Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and customer\-focused **Customer Support Executive** who is fluent in **Tamil and English**. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for helping customers.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and chat.
  • Communicate effectively in both **Tamil and English**.
  • Assist customers with product information, account\-related queries, and issue resolution.
  • Record customer interactions and maintain accurate support records.
  • Escalate technical or unresolved issues to the appropriate team.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer requests.

Requirements

  • Fluency in **Tamil and English** (both spoken and written).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
  • Ability to handle customer queries professionally and patiently.
  • Strong problem\-solving and multitasking skills.
  • Willingness to learn new software and business processes.
  • Previous customer support experience is an added advantage but not mandatory.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience using CRM or customer support tools.
  • Ability to work in a team\-oriented environment.
  • Positive attitude and customer\-first approach.

Qualification

  • Any Degree / Diploma
  • Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹20,000\.00 per month
