Handle customer queries via phone, email, and chat.
Assist clients with account opening, KYC verification, and trading\-related queries.
Guide customers in using trading platforms and mobile applications.
Resolve basic technical issues and coordinate with the technical team when required.
Provide basic information on stock market products and services.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
\*\*Skills Required
\*\*
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English, Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, or Malayalam. Kannada is an added advantage.
Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
Quick learner with good problem\-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment.
Location: Jayanagar, Bangalore
Experience: 1 to 2\+ Year Experience
Stipend: As per company norms
- *Working Days:** Monday to Saturday
