Customer Support Executive – Work From Office

• *About the Role**

We are looking for a **dedicated and responsible Customer Support Executive** who can handle customer queries and provide quick and appropriate solutions across multiple support channels.

The candidate will be responsible for handling customer concerns received through:

• Customer Support Emails
• Phone Calls
• Social Media Comments \& Messages
• Other customer communication channels

• *What We Are Looking For**

• **12th Pass candidates can also apply, but graduates will be preferred.**
• Good **English communication skills**
• Strong **English writing skills**
• Good customer\-handling and communication skills
• Ability to understand customer concerns and provide **quick \& appropriate solutions**
• Good common sense and problem\-solving ability
• Fast learner and comfortable learning new processes
• Ability to follow company **systems, processes and rules**
• Responsible and dedicated towards work
• Ability to manage multiple customer queries and channels
• **1–2 years of customer support experience is preferred**
• Good Knowledge of computer

• *Working Details**

• *Office Timing:** 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• *Lunch Break:** 1:30 PM – 2:10 PM
• *Job Type:** Full\-time, Work From Office only
• *Leaves:** 2 leaves per month

• *Gazetted Holidays:** Due to the nature of our daily customer support operations and workload, holidays are limited to the above\-mentioned days.

• *Sunday Working**

Sunday is normally part of the working schedule. If an employee works on a Sunday, they will receive **one weekly off between Monday and Saturday of the following week** in lieu of that Sunday.

• *Salary \& PF**
• *(₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month, including PF)**
• *PF is mandatory** and will be applicable as per company policy.
