As an Inbound Customer Support Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for customers who call with inquiries or issues related to a company's products or services. Additionally, you will proactively reach out to customers who have shown interest in purchasing to assist them in completing their transactions. You will provide timely and effective support by answering questions, resolving problems, and maintaining positive relationships with customers.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer issues and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Escalate customer concerns to the appropriate department as needed
- Proactively call customers who have attempted to purchase or shown intent to buy, and assist them in completing their purchase
- Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and reduce customer churn
- Maintain knowledge of products and services offered by Log2Base2
- Any Bachelor's degree
- Maximum 1\-3 years of customer support experience, preferably in a fast\-paced environment
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely
- Excellent problem\-solving and critical\-thinking skills, with the ability to identify issues and provide effective solutions
- Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to multitask in a fast\-paced environment
- Proficiency in computer software applications, such as Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software
- A positive attitude and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team, with a willingness to learn and adapt to changes in the work environment
