Job Summary: Customer Service \& Inventory Management Executive

We are looking for a detail\-oriented and customer\-focused professional to handle customer service operations along with inventory management responsibilities. The candidate will ensure smooth communication with customers while maintaining accurate stock records and supporting efficient inventory control.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service Duties

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in\-person professionally
• Process orders, quotations, and follow\-ups
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure timely closure
• Coordinate with sales and production teams for order status updates
• Maintain customer records and documentation
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and long\-term relationships

Inventory Management Duties

• Maintain accurate stock records (inward \& outward entries)
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages/excess inventory
• Coordinate with purchase and production teams for stock replenishment
• Conduct regular physical stock audits and reconciliation
• Manage dispatch documentation and delivery coordination
• Maintain proper documentation of goods received and delivered
• Ensure proper storage and handling of products

Required Qualifications \& Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field
• 2\-5 years of experience in customer service and/or inventory management
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and Tally
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month

Work Location: In person
