1\. YOU MUST HAVE COMPLETED A DIPLOMA OR A BACHELOR'S DEGREE. 10th pass and 12th pass applications are not considered for this role

2\. YOU MUST OWN A LAPTOP OR DESKTOP COMPUTER. We do not provide one. No laptop \- do not apply

3\. YOU MUST HAVE YOUR OWN HOME WI\-FI OR BROADBAND. A mobile hotspot is not enough.

4\. YOU MUST NOT BE STUDYING. No college, no university, no distance course, no online course, no part\-time degree. This is a full\-time job and it cannot be fitted around classes.

5\. THE SHIFT STARTS AT 4:00 AM IST. This is not flexible and there is no evening or night option. If you cannot start at 4:00 AM, do not apply.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This role looks after the customers we already have. You are the person who answers the phone, takes the booking, and makes sure every student turns up, pays, finishes their online quiz and receives their certificate.

It is not cold calling and it is not sales. It is customer service and administration, done carefully, for customers who are already ours.

You work from your own home in India.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

\- Answer every incoming call from students and from companies. Between five and twenty calls a day.

\- Take bookings, reschedules, cancellations and refresher courses.

\- Quote from our published price list and raise invoices for bookings already agreed.

\- Check tomorrow's classes every day \- who is booked, who has paid, who has finished their quiz.

\- Chase what is outstanding: payments, online quizzes, student declarations, unpaid invoices, expiring certificates.

\- Keep our two systems accurate and up to date.

\- Follow up the leads our outreach officer passes to you, and book them in.

The phone is the centre of this job. Between calls there is paperwork that has to be exactly right.

HOURS

\- Monday to Friday: 4:00 AM to 12:00 PM IST

\- Saturday and Sunday off

\- 30 minute break

This is a five day week. There is no Saturday shift in this role.

WHAT WE PROVIDE

\- Company email, phone system, CRM and student management system

\- A published price list so you always know what to quote

\- Everything except your computer and your internet

WHAT YOU NEED

\- Spoken English that an Australian can follow easily on the phone. This matters more than anything else on this list.

\- Written English good enough for customer emails that go out in our name.

\- Accuracy. This job is records, invoices and certificates. A wrong detail becomes a complaint.

\- The patience to chase the same person four times without losing your manner.

\- Your own laptop or desktop, your own Wi\-Fi, and a wired headset with a microphone.

\- A quiet room with a door that closes.

\- Customer service, front desk, admin or BPO experience is an advantage. It is not essential \- we train.

PROBATION

One month, reviewed against targets given to you in writing at the start.
