Customer Support Representative

• **Role:** Consultant / Sr. Consultant – Customer Support (International Non\-Voice)
• **Location**: Electronic City, Phase 1, Bangalore (Strictly Work from Office)
• **Shift Timings**: US Rotational shifts (including night shifts)

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Handle customer queries and requests through email, chat, and other written communication channels.
• Process customer information, applications, and transactions accurately.
• Perform data entry, document verification, and back\-office tasks.
• Maintain proper records and update information in internal systems.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and company policies.
• Ensure accuracy, quality, and timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Meet daily productivity, quality, and turnaround time (TAT) targets.
• Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.

• Good written communication skills in English.
• Basic computer knowledge and typing proficiency.
• Knowledge of MS Office, email, and internet applications.
• Good attention to detail and problem\-solving skills.
